EuroSL - European standard list for biological observation data
The SQLite database EuroSL.sqlite contains a table called Version with a timestamp of the EuroSL creation
and a table called EuroSL containing:
- TaxonUsageID: a unique identifier for all entries
- TaxonName: a unique name, normally the scientific name without name author
- NameAuthor: the name author
- status: ‘Accepted’ for accepted Taxa, “Synonym” for synonyms; synonyms are taxonomic synonyms, however, since pro parte synonyms are in general excluded from Euro+Med, taxon concept can be seen as identical to the taxon mentioned in TaxonConcept
- TaxonConceptID: Reference to the TaxonUsageID of the accepted taxon for synonyms, identical to TaxonUsageID for Accepted taxa
- TaxonConcept: Taxon concept name
- TaxonRank: Taxonomic rank
- IsChilTaxonOfID: parent taxon TaxonUsageID (only for accepted taxa)
- IsChildTaxonOf: parent taxon name
- fullname: full scientific name including name author
- nb.children: number of direct children
- doubt: taxon/name in doubt
- secName: source of the taxon concept
- ambiguous: does the TaxonName occur more than once
- OriginalName: Identical to TaxonName except for ambiguous ones which have been unambiguated
- AccordingTo: Source
